Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of QR Pro – Scanner & Generator ("QR Pro", "the App"). The App is developed and published by MituTech Apps.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the App.

By using QR Pro, you confirm that:

• You are at least 13 years old (or have parental consent where required).
• You have the legal capacity to accept these Terms.
• You will comply with applicable laws and regulations.

2. License and Permitted Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use QR Pro for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

• Sell, resell, or commercially exploit the App.
• Reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works.
• Use the App for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
• Interfere with the App’s security or normal operation.

3. User Conduct and Content

You are solely responsible for the QR codes you scan or generate and for how you use any linked content.

You agree not to use QR Pro to:

• Access or distribute malware, phishing, or harmful content.
• Violate intellectual property or other legal rights.
• Engage in harassment, abuse, or deceptive behavior.

4. Intellectual Property

QR Pro, including its code, design, trademarks, and branding, is owned by or licensed to MituTech Apps and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Content you generate using the App belongs to you and remains stored locally on your device.

5. Third-Party Services

QR Pro integrates third-party services such as Google AdMob and Firebase. These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their data practices.

6. Disclaimers

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
• All QR codes or linked content will be safe or accurate.
• The App will be compatible with all devices or OS versions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MituTech Apps shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App, if any.

8. Termination

You may stop using QR Pro at any time by uninstalling the App. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

9. Changes to the App or Terms

We may update the App or these Terms to improve functionality, comply with legal requirements, or reflect changes in services. Continued use means acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws based on the developer’s place of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Estos Términos de Uso ("Términos") regulan el acceso y uso de QR Pro – Escáner & Generador ("QR Pro", "la Aplicación"), desarrollada y publicada por MituTech Apps.

1. Aceptación de los Términos

Al descargar, instalar o usar la Aplicación, aceptas estos Términos. Si no estás de acuerdo, debes dejar de utilizarla.

2. Licencia y Uso Permitido

Se te concede una licencia limitada, no exclusiva e intransferible para usar QR Pro con fines personales y no comerciales.

No está permitido:

• Vender, revender o explotar comercialmente la Aplicación.
• Modificar, descompilar o crear obras derivadas.
• Usar la Aplicación con fines ilegales o dañinos.
• Interferir con la seguridad o funcionamiento normal.

3. Conducta del Usuario

El usuario es responsable del contenido de los códigos QR que escanea o genera, así como del uso que haga de los enlaces asociados.

4. Propiedad Intelectual

La Aplicación, su código, diseño y marcas pertenecen a MituTech Apps o a sus licenciantes y están protegidos por la ley.

5. Servicios de Terceros

QR Pro utiliza servicios de terceros como Google AdMob y Firebase, los cuales se rigen por sus propias políticas y términos.

6. Exención de Responsabilidad

La Aplicación se proporciona “tal cual” y “según disponibilidad”. No garantizamos funcionamiento ininterrumpido ni ausencia de errores.

7. Limitación de Responsabilidad

En la medida permitida por la ley, MituTech Apps no será responsable por daños indirectos o consecuentes derivados del uso de la Aplicación.

8. Terminación

Puedes dejar de usar la Aplicación en cualquier momento desinstalándola. Podemos suspender el acceso si se incumplen estos Términos.

9. Cambios

Podemos modificar la Aplicación o estos Términos cuando sea necesario. El uso continuado implica aceptación de los cambios.

10. Ley Aplicable

Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes aplicables según la residencia del desarrollador, sin aplicar normas de conflicto de leyes.
